Intermittent Fasting Day 8

Today I decided to cut the grass or as Tim Taylor (from Tool Time) says mow the lawn. I broke my fast early at 11am because I wanted something substantial in my stomach before I went to work. The thought of having a couple of cheese sticks and ice water until 3pm was a bit much to bear. So, after a couple of slices of toast with cheese and a banana, I was ready to go.

I extended my eating period until 9pm as I had lunch after cutting the grass and that put supper too close to lunch.

I decided Monday is going to be my weigh-in day. This week I was down 2 lbs. In the grand scheme of weight loss that is a healthy amount to lose in one week. I would rather have a 5 lb or more weight loss per week because that makes me feel more like I’m actually losing some fat. In my thinking, I can have a good bowel movement and lose 2 lbs.

Anyway, I will press on.
