Weight loss. Probably one of the most sought after achievements in the United States. If you google “weight loss” there is an enormous amount of information from programs, to exercise, to gurus, to blah,blah,blah,blah,blah. We are overwhelmed with results just from this one search.

This blog is about my experiences in weight loss. I will be covering numerous programs that I have tried or read about. Some programs I will actually try out and report my results along the way. Others, I will just talk about and expect if you are interested, you will search the internet and study more on your own. Still others, will be topics I want to discuss and not programs at all.
