These two days went according to plan. Started eating on time and ended on time. I guess I’m going to have to give up desert as it always ends up being after 8pm. Years of working 12 hour shifts and not eating supper until 8 or 9 pm is hard to overcome. I don’t usually eat breakfast, so eating at noon isn’t a problem.
The harder part is cutting back on carbs. Everything has carbs in it!! I opened up a can of green beans and you guessed it, STINKING CARBS!! There weren’t a lot, but carbs just the same. I love carbs and sugar. I probably have a sugar addiction as well.
So, I will just keep plugging along and tweaking the program to make it my own.
