Intermittent Fasting Day 16

The big change today was I upped my walking distance. I bumped it up to one full mile, firstly to see if I could do it and secondly to challenge myself.

I am walking half a lap, then stopping to catch my breath. Walk the second half, then sit down until my breathing is normal and my pulse rate is back in the 70’s. Why you ask? It gives me time to catch my breath and makes sure I don’t blow up from having too fast of a heart rate. Remember I’m old and fat.

I do believe exercising is beneficial in weight loss. I don’t do it much because I have always felt I get enough exercise in my job. My mom has always said that’s not the right kind of exercise and I need to do something besides work, so we will see.

My weight went up 0.2 lbs this week, which isn’t really concerning. I would have thought I would have lost something, but these things happen.

The eating is going well. I am sticking to my eating times and trying to cut down on the carbs. My BS today was 126.
